Abstract: The aim of this thesis is to present Design Thinking procedures and the methods of applying them for teaching purposes in training IT program in university, base on CDIO (Conceive – Design – Implement – Operate) in Tra Vinh University. Students’ results have been achieved from hands-on experiences base on their competence by transforming theoretical reasoning into ideas and act the same as CDIO’s spirit.
