Abstract: Effects of different levels of supplied cassava leaf powder on the quality of Ac chicken’s egg A total of 63 Ac chicken with 15 week-age was designed in the completely random design of three treatments and three replicates (6 females and 1 male for each) to evaluate the quality of birds’ egg from 16 to 23 age of week. Experimental birds were fed by the diets containing equivalent nutritious value, but the diets differed from the different levels of dried cassava leaf powder (0, 2.5, 5%). Birds were supplied and watered ad libitum; prevented common diseases and assessed the characteristics of egg quality when birds’ laying egg ratio was 50% and over. The result showed that laying egg ratio, egg weight, egg yolk weight, and egg yolk ratio of Ac chicken were not significantly different (P>0.05) in the different levels of supplied cassava leaf powder every week. However, the color of egg yolk, Haugh ratio, inseminated egg ratio, and hatched egg ratio differed significantly (P<0.05) between treatments that it was the lowest in the 0BLKM treatment at 6.67, 80.03-86.12, 84.03-85.7%, 80.99-82.66%, respectively and the highest in the 5BLKM treatment at 10.3; 89.59-92.36, 87.96-95.39%, 87.29-92.31%, respectively.
