Abstract: The process of building and organizing theme-based learning has been conducted based on the 2018 Literature program and experimented "Reading, writing and introducing a literary author" (Vietnamese short story of 1930-1945) at Nguyen Thien Thanh Hight School for the Gifted and the Pedagogical Practice School- Tra Vinh University. By analyzing and evaluating the experimentation, the author realizes that the theme could provide a useful resource for high school teachers in implementing the 2018 Literature program.
